John helped us identify differences and similarities with our providers’ workflows. He helped identify areas to increase their efficiency and decrease their documentation burden, while identifying ways to increase consistency in departmental Epic use. He helped each provider optimize their use of Epic with an effective balance between departmental uniformity and individual preferences.
He was thorough in his analysis of the work processes of our providers. He spoke with each provider individually and assessed each of their workflows to ensure they were maximizing Smart Tools and efficiency. He provided low-lift suggestions that were well received by our providers. His knowledge of Stork was outstanding. He provided analysis and advice with a friendly, convivial approach, interacting with the providers in a professional but comfortable manner.
His work resulted in a more cohesive workflow for the providers within the department. It also revealed additional areas of improvement for us to focus on going forward. The providers response to John’s efforts was positive, they found his assistance very helpful and constructive.
